Seth’s quest is very easily obtained at level 62. He is located in Lower City. The quest he gives is to collect 8 Pristine Shimmerscale Eels. He talks about how much he would “rather be fishin’” but oddly enough, his quest requires absolutely no fishing whatsoever.

You simply go to the lake he describes (directly east of Shattrath) and start your killing spree. Kill the Shimmerscale Eels and loot the uh... well... the Pristine Shimmerscale Eels from the dead ones. Once you have your eight head back to Shatt and turn the quest in. Seth will congratulate you and give you the second-best fishing pole in the game (and great for PvP): Seth’s Graphite Fishing Pole. It’s not as good as the Arcanite fishing pole from the fishing tourney, but it is still great. With +20 Fishing it’s equivalent to the Horde-only FC-5000 and available to both Alliance and Horde alike. Drop on the Eternium Fishing Line and you’re pretty set for some Crawdad fishin’!
